Bullpen, on behalf of our client - a manufacturing housing investment manager, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team. As a Home Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our organization, representing Communities to the public and acting as an expert home advisor. Your role will involve selling new and pre-owned homes in specified manufactured housing communities, providing best-in-class service to our customers and managing the sales process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Relationship Management
● Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing residents through professional and positive in-person, phone, and written communication.
● Follow up actively with leads to convert them into applicants and ultimately residents.
● Process lead applications promptly and efficiently, adhering to the sales process guidelines.
● Conduct tours of homes and communities, tailoring the experience to meet the needs of each prospect.
● Handle all closing paperwork with precision for a smooth home sales transaction.
● Ensure resident satisfaction after move-in, maintaining positive relationships.
Inventory Management
● Coordinate on-site selection and preparation for new home orders.
● Manage sales inventory and brokered homes to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
● Regularly inspect the community and available inventory to maintain high standards.
● Assist with inspections and repairs if required for the sales inventory.
Marketing
● Execute marketing efforts at the community, including home listings and advertisements, while tracking ad effectiveness to optimize the marketing budget.
● Support the planning and execution of site marketing, advertising, and outreach to local businesses and employers.
● Stay updated on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitor actions to create reliable sales forecasts and identify opportunities.
General
● Participate in resident events through planning and attendance.
● Be flexible and willing to perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
● Adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:
● Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● High school diploma required; further education in sales or related fields is a bonus.
